We allow 10 days to return your Burly Box.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Email us directly to receive the shipping address of where to send your Burly Box to Please include proof of receipt in your return or in the “return email” to us

Unfortunately, no. Our system is automated from order, to processing, to shipping. If you made an error in your order, please see above for our refund policy.

 

To ensure all orders are promptly shipped and delivered as quickly as possible, the order shipment queue cannot be interrupted.

All Burly Boy boxes will generally take 2–3 weeks to ship.  If we receive a high volume of Burly Boy box orders in a short amount of time, shipments could be delayed a few days.
